  • All flight ticket cancellations are governed by the respective airline’s fare rules and conditions.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support via email or phone.
  • Once the airline confirms the cancellation, applicable airline and service charges will be deducted.
  • Some promotional or discounted fares may be non-cancellable.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after confirmation from the airline.
  • The approved refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of failed or duplicate transactions, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No-show for the flight.
  • Bookings made under special or promotional non-refundable fares.
  • Incorrect passenger details provided at the time of booking.
  • Services that have already been partially or fully used.
