• LOT Polish automatic service is only available for passengers who are travelling in LOT Business class or Premium Economy class. 
• Members of Star Alliance with GOLD or SILVER card can also utilise this facility. 
• According to the LOT Polish Airlines check in policy, Passengers travelling with children less than 12 years on the same booking can also use automated check-in.
• Passengers travelling with children less than 2 years old can also use automated check-in only if the child and adult are in the same booking. 
• Once the system completes your auto-check-in, passengers will receive SMS and email on their registered number and email address with their digital boarding pass. 
• However, automatic check-in cannot be used if you’re travelling to other countries which require passport data along with additional documents.
