TAG Airlines Cancellation Policy for Refundable and Non-Refundable Tickets

TAG Airlines tickets are not refundable and hence it is better to make the reservation only if you are sure about your trip. However, if the airline denies you boarding or cancels the flight or the flight gets delayed, then you may receive a future travel credit voucher.

How to Get Compensation in case of Flight Delay or Cancellation?

• If the flight is canceled and you are informed about the same prior 24 hours of the scheduled departure then you are eligible to receive compensation for your ticket.
• If your flight gets delayed for more than 4 hours, then the airline will provide you meals at no charge. 

How to Cancel a TAG Airlines Flight?

Without any hassles, you can easily cancel your TAG Airlines  flight by simply visiting the airline’s official website or at the airport’s ticket counter. You can reprogram your ticket at most 24 hours after being No Show. You have to pay $100 as a penalty charge.

Cancel Flight Ticket Online

• Visit the official website of TAG Airlines. The requirement for TAG Airlines flight cancellation is a  six-character confirmation. To know this six-character number you can check your booking confirmation email.
• On the Manage booking page, you need to enter the last name in the passenger’s data finder. 
• Then, click on the change or cancel trip next to the flight itinerary.
• Select the flight you want to cancel.
• Before proceeding further, first, you have to review the TAG Airlines cancellation policy. The next page will take you to the flight refund cancellation.
• Select “Confirm my Cancellation”.
• Once you Confirm, You will receive a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation.

Cancel Flight Ticket Offline

• Visit the TAG Airlines counter at the airport or call (+502) 2380-9400.
• Once you call the TAG Airlines customer support, select the language which suits you the best.
• Give the information asked by the agent such as user name, ticket number and other information to verify you.
• Select the trip you want to cancel.
• Select a payment method if you are required to pay a cancellation fee for TAG Airlines flights.
• After that, the airline will send a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation.

TAG Airlines Cancellation Fee

Passengers have to pay $100 as a cancellation fee and in case of NO Show, you have to pay $100 as penalty fee. The cancellation fee depends on the price regulations which are implemented for your booking.
