Cancellation Policy

The VivaAerobús cancellation policy provides flexibility and chaos-free experience to all the passengers and makes their journey worthwhile. Besides, with VivaAerobús(VB), you don’t have to worry about the refund or last minute cancellation. Here are some facts explaining the policy:

• The passengers are eligible to cancel their flights only if the booking is made from the official website, customer support or concerned airport counters.
• If you have booked your VivaAerobus flights from a third-party agency, then contact their customer support for more information about the refund policy.
• The cancellation is only allowed if the booking is made 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date.
• If the flight ticket is canceled within 24 hours of reservation, then VivaAerobús will not charge any cancellation fee. 
• If you cancel your VivaAerobús flight ticket after 24 hours of reservation, then the ticket will become non-refundable.  
• The 24 hour VivaAerobús flight cancellation policy is applicable to both domestic and international flight tickets.

• As per VivaAerobús(VB) flight cancellation refund policy the passenger is eligible for full refund only if the flight is canceled within 24 hours from booking. The refund will be generated back to the original source of the payment.
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours then the refund will be credited within 7- 10 working days. And, in case the payment is delayed, you can get in touch with the airline’s customer support.

• VivaAerobús(VB) will transport your infant’s child seat and stroller free of cost under checked baggage, only if you choose an individual seat for your baby. 
• If you wish to carry your baby on your lap, then there will be no child seat or any kind of checked baggage allowed.
