Cancellation Policy

  Refund Policy

• As per WestJet Airlines(WS) flight cancellation refund policy the passenger is eligible for a refund if the flight is canceled within 24 hours from booking. The refund will be generated back to the original source of the payment. 
• If your ticket is non-refundable, then don’t worry. You are also eligible for a full refund if the ticket is canceled within 24 hours of booking.
• The refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the day of cancellation. And, in case the payment is delayed, you can get in touch with the airline’s customer support.

• The baggage policy of WestJet Airlines(WS) allows one piece of carry-on baggage and one personal item bag in both business and economic class. 
• The dimensions for the carry-on baggage should not exceed 53cm x 23cm x 38cm. The carry-on baggage means a backpack, bag or suitcase.
• The personal item bag is considered as the handbag, laptop bag , garment bag or kennel, which should be of allowed dimension(41cm x 15cm x 33cm), and fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
