- If accepted as Baggage, the animal, together with its container and food carried, shall not be included in the free baggage allowance of the passenger, but constitute as excess Baggage, for which the passenger shall pay the applicable Air Albania baggage fee.
- Acceptance for carriage of animals is subject to the condition that the passenger takes full responsibility for it. The airline shall not be liable for injury to or loss, delay, sickness, or death of such animal, in the event that it is refused entry into or passage through any country, state, or territory.
