Cambodia Airways 24 Hours Cancellation Policy 

• The Cambodia Airways 24 hours cancellation policy states that passengers are allowed to make a flight cancellation without paying any cancellation fee, provided that they cancel within 24 hours of booking.
• The 24 hours policy is applicable for all cabin classes and all ticket types.
• If a refundable flight is canceled within the risk-free window, then the whole ticket amount is refunded back to them.  
• No refund is provided to the non-refundable ticket holders. 
• If a ticket is purchased from a third party agent, then ask the same for 24 hour policy applicability.

Cambodia Airways Cancellation Fee

• If a passenger cancels his refundable flight after the 24 hour risk-free period, then he is entitled to pay a fee, as per Cambodia Airways cancellation and refund policy.
• A cancellation fee of KHR 4,09,846 to KHR 16,39,385 is applicable on flights canceled after 24 hours of booking. 
• The fee applied depends on various factors such as ticket type, flight duration, flight destination, etc.
• If a non-refundable flight is canceled after the risk-free period, the airline may charge the whole ticket amount as cancellation fee.

How To Cancel Cambodia Airways Flight? 

Canceling a Cambodia Airways ticket is easy and can be done from the comfort of your home. You can do so by either visiting the official website or contacting the customer service of the airline. Here are the steps for canceling a flight:

Cancel via Website

• Open any web browser and visit Cambodia Airways website. 
• Login into your account or click on the ‘manage reservation’ tab available on the homepage.
• Enter your flight booking credentials and hit the search button. 
• Your flight details will open in front of you. Click on the cancel reservation tab available on the below. 
• Confirm all the details and click on cancel button to proceed further. 
• Your flight will be canceled and if you are eligible for a refund, then it will be initiated. 
• The cancel confirmation will be sent to your provided email and phone number. 

Cancel via call

• Dial the customer service number of Cambodia Airways.
• Talk to the agent, raise your queries if any and then ask him to cancel your flight. 
• Present him the descriptive reason for cancellation. Then provide him your name and booking credentials.
• He will check the eligibility and proceed with the cancellation request. 
• Your flight will be canceled and you will receive a confirmation email SMS on your mobile. 
• The entitled refund will be initiated back to your original source of payment. 

Cambodia Airways Refund Policy

• The Cambodia Airways refund policy states that if you cancel a flight within the risk-free window, then you can claim a refund (only if refundable ticket). 
• For a non-refundable ticket, a travel credit instead of refund amount, is provided to be used within 1 year from date of its issuance.
• The entitled refund will be generated within 7-10 working days to the original source of payment made by the user.
• No refund will be provided if a passenger fails to meet the criteria. Hence, it’s advised to submit original and rightful documents to the airline.
