It has a primary hub at the Hamad International Airport. As of now, it serves 150 destinations across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. • To be able to make changes to your Qatar Airways flights, you must make a booking from their official website. 
• If you fail to change your flight within 24-hours of booking and do so after this time frame, then a change fee will be charged depending upon the fare type and your destination. 
• You can make changes to your flight for free provided that your flight is changed within 24 hours of booking.
• There might be a slight change in administration fees, if you decide to make a flight change from the airport or Qatar Airways’s ticket office. 
• If your new flight costs less than the older one, then the airline will not credit the remaining balance and it will become non-refundable. 

Qatar Airways 24 Hours Flight Change Policy

• Qatar Airways’ flight change policy allows passengers to make flight changes free of charge within 24 hours of booking and the departure date should be more than 7 days when they make changes. 
• If the passenger is not able to make changes within 24 hours of booking, then you will have to pay a change fee, depending upon the flight route and type of the ticket. Fare difference will also apply.
• Qatar Airways 24 hours reschedule policy will not apply if a passenger already exchanged a flight within 24 hours.
• Qatar Airways 24 hours change policy will not apply, if a passenger made a new booking with travel credit voucher. 
• Qatar Airways 24 hours change policy only allows flight changes for upto 8 passengers in a single booking. The airline will not entertain any booking changes made with 9 passengers or more. 

Qatar Airways Reschedule Policy 

• Qatar Airways reschedule policy is applicable on all fare types, irrespective of the flight route.
• There are no limitations to the number of reschedulings made in flight. Each time you reschedule a flight, a change fee and a fare difference will be applicable. 
• The new ticket must be equal to or higher than the existing booking. In case of lower fare, the residual balance will become non-refundable.
• To change Qatar Airways flight for Australia, passengers need to complete changes up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

Qatar Airways Name Change Policy 

• Qatar Airways’ modify flight policy doesn’t allow the passenger to make name changes in any existing PNR. To make name changes they will have to cancel the existing PNR and make a new reservation as per availability.

• In case if there is a flight delay, for more than 3 hours a passenger will be refunded an amount depending upon the distance of flight route. A refund made will be:
  1. 350 USD if the flight distance between point A and B is less than 1500 km
  2. 525 USD if the flight distance between point A and B is between 1500 and 3500 Km
  3. 800 USD if the flight distance between point A and B is more than 3500 Km

Qatar Airways Seat Change Policy 

• As per seat change policy of Qatar Airways, the change fee charged for making upgrades to extra legroom seats and premium economy seats is allowed for all passengers.
• Passengers are allowed to make seat changes upto 24 hours of scheduled departure. 
• The seat change or any such alterations are not allowed after the check-in procedure as per the guidelines of the airline.

• Depending upon the fare rule associated with the Qatar Airways flight change policy allows passengers to change the origin or destination point, as it may be subject to change fee along with the applicable fare difference.

Steps To Change Qatar Airways Flights

• Visit Qatar Airways.com from any browser(Safari or Google Chrome)
• Click on the cancel/change tab.
• Add your ticket credentials and hit the search button.
• Choose the flight you want to change.
• Click on Select new flights.
• If you had booked a round-trip, both your departure and return destinations will appear. 
• After choosing your flight, make the changes and confirm them.
• The airline will send you a confirmation over your registered email. 

Qatar Airways Flight Change Fee

• All the flights canceled after 24 hours of booking are entitled to a change fee as decided by the airline. 
• As per the Qatar Airways change flight policy, a change fee is charged differently, depending upon your route and time period left for scheduled departure.
