Silver Airways Baggage Guidelines

• According to Silver Airways Baggage policy, every passenger is entitled to carry one personal baggage with dimensions of 20 x 10 x 17 cm. The airline advises passengers to carry personal items that fit under the passenger’s seat or in the overhead bin.
• Checked baggage allowance in Silver Airways  depends on the fare, destinations, purchased by the customers.

Personal Baggage 

• Every passenger is entitled to carry one personal baggage with dimensions of 20 x 10 x 17 cm. The airline advises passengers to carry personal items that fit under the passenger’s seat or in the overhead bin as per Silver Airways Baggage policy.
• Personal items not only include laptop bags, briefcases, purses, pocketbooks, handbags, but it also includes hats, canes, walkers, approved child restraint seats and collapsible strollers. 

Carry-on Baggage 

• As per Silver Airways carry-on baggage, the carry-on baggage must not exceed the measurement 9 inches(22cm) x 14 inches width (35 cm) x 22 inches length (55cm) including handles and wheels. 
• However, if a carry-on baggage exceeds the prescribed dimensions and weight then it will be considered as a checked baggage The airline allows duffle bags and small roller luggages that will fit in the overhead bins. 

Checked Baggage

• Silver Airlines allows passengers to carry checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg with maximum dimension of 62 inches per Silver Airways baggage allowance.
• Passengers will have to purchase the checked baggage allowance depending on the destination. Thats why, the airlines advises travellers to adhere to the baggage policy to avoid any additional chargers.   
• If a passenger surpasses the checked baggage piece limit (more than 2), then passengers will have to pay surcharges for additional baggage. 
• For a trip that includes more than one connecting flight, Silver Airways will ensure to deliver the bags at the final destination. 
• Active-duty U.S military personels get up to 2 free of checked baggage up to 32 kg with 62 inches of dimension. However, this does not apply to the spouse or relative of the active as per Silver Airways military baggage policy.

Silver Airways Baggage Fee 

Silver Airways has a certain baggage fee for certain routes. Also, passengers who are travelling with checked baggage can purchase the same either from the airport counter or through the airline website.

Overweight Baggage Fee 

As per Silver Airways Baggage policy, if a passenger is carrying overweight or oversized baggage then you will have to pay additional charges depending on the baggage. 

• As per Silver Airways Baggage policy, passengers cannot pay the cost of overweight and oversized bags cannot be paid online and thus passengers must pay it at the airport counter. 
• Passengers who check-in more than 2 bags (up to 10 bags), the additional items will be loaded on a separate or standby space available in the flight.
