You cannot make any changes in your reservation with Turkish Airlines, unless your scheduled flight is delayed or canceled by the airline. In such circumstances, the airline notifies its passengers via a text message or email, in case of schedule change.

In case the airline cancels your flight, you can change the date and time of departure. However, if the airline fails to provide you a flight for the date or time you are looking for, then you can claim a refund.

You cannot make any changes to the reservation online, after booking via Turkish Airlines website or mobile application. If the reservation is made through a third-party channel, the reservation fee will not be refunded. However, you can call the Turkish Airlines customer support executive and request if the airline can change the date of your journey.
