Air Arabia 24-hour Cancellation Policy

• Under the Air Arabia 24-hour cancellation policy, the airline will not charge any cancellation fee if the flight is canceled within 24 hours of reservation.
• However, the flight’s scheduled departure should be more than seven days at the time of canceling.
• The policy is applicable on both refundable and non-refundable tickets.

Air Arabia Cancellation Policy for Refundable and Non-Refundable Tickets

Air Arabia’s non-refundable tickets are not entitled to any refund unless it meets some specific changes. Read below to know more about this:

• You do not have to pay cancellation charges for canceling tickets within the risk-free period.
• The no cancellation charge policy is applicable to only tickets booked through Air Arabia’s official channel.
• You cannot cancel promotional tickets
• In case you are eligible for a refund, Air Arabia will initiate a credit voucher instead of monetary refund, which you can use for future trips with the airline.
• In any case the airline denies you boarding or the flight is canceled or delayed by several hours, Air Arabia will provide you with an alternate flight or initiate a credit voucher.
• You canceled your Air Arabia flight 72 hours before the departure. In that case, 30% of the surcharge or a minimum of AED 150 per passenger each way will be levied on you.
• The Air Arabia cancellation policy is applicable to both refundable and non-refundable tickets.
• The cancellation charges may vary on group bookings.
• Business class passengers on Cairo flight are eligible for free changes and cancellations up to 8 hours prior to their scheduled departure.

Air Arabia Abu Dhabi

• No changes will be permitted within 24 hours before departure.
• If you have purchased Flexi or booked Extra Fare, you can easily cancel your Air Arabia flight with no cancellation fee for up to 8 hours before departure.
• Business class passengers on Cairo flight are eligible for free changes and cancellations up to 8 hours prior to their scheduled departure.

Air Arabia Maroc

• The cancellation charges may vary on group bookings.
• If you have purchased Flexi or booked Extra Fare, you can make changes in your booking twice without any charge, only the fare differences will apply.
• Promotional tickets or free gifted tickets are not eligible for any changes or cancellation.

Air Arabia Egypt

• If you cancel the flight 24-hours before departure, a minimum of AED 600 to AED 700 per person each way, wil; be charged, depending on the fare rule.

How to Get Compensation in Case of Flight Delay or Cancellation?

Air Arabia does not cancel its flights except in the event of an unexpected emergency, along with its servants using a very disciplined and professional service to make your trip comfortable. However, if it is forced to cancel a flight due to natural disasters or technical difficulties, you will be granted compensation.

Offline Method

• If you have called the airline’s customer support number, select the language that suits you the best.
• Provide the required information asked by the agent (user name, ticket number, arrival city, and other information to verify your identity).
• Choose the trip you want to cancel.
• Choose a payment method if you have to pay a cancellation fee for Air Arabia flights.
• The airline will send a confirmation mail regarding the cancellation.

Air Arabia Cancellation Fee

Air Arabia allows passengers to cancel the flight for free if the cancellation is made within the 24-hours from the time of booking, under Air Arabia cancellation and refund policy. For better understanding, read the points below:

• If you cancel your Air Arabia flight outside the risk-free period, you may be required to pay up to 80% of the ticket fare as cancellation charge.
• If the canceled ticket is purchased from a third-party, you need to directly contact them.
• In case of no-show, you have to pay the complete fare as a cancellation charge.
• On particular routes, Air Arabia deducts 30% of the total fare and on some other routes, you need to pay for AED 150 per segment for canceling tickets 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure.

Air Arabia Refund Policy

Air Arabia doesn’t have a refund policy. Instead, they offer the amount for the utilized service in the form of Air Arabia credit. The passengers can use the credit for future travel.
