Instead of making changes within 24-hour of booking, passengers can claim a complete refund by canceling the flight and making a new reservation with Air Europa.

• Under Air Europa’s change booking policy, passengers are allowed to make cancellations for free and claim a refund. Ticket Modifications under any circumstances should not be allowed.
• Passengers can claim a full refund of the booking within 24 hours instead of the Air Europa ticket change.
• Air Europa change flight fee or any additional fee should not be incurred. Passengers are required to request a cancellation and book new dates, destinations, or even add a number of passengers.
• Air Europa’s change booking 24-hour policy will not be applicable on group fares, reward tickets, and reservations made through the travel credit voucher.

Business Flex Fares

• Changes in time or date is allowed before departure, without surcharge, provided that the seats are available with the same fare. If there is a difference in the fare, you will have to pay for the differences.

Business Standard Fares

• Changes in time or date are allowed before departure. However, you have to pay a penalty of Euro 60/passenger, provided that the seats are available with the same fare. If the new fare is more than the previous one, you have to pay for the difference.
• Cancellations are not allowed.

Flex Fares

• No change fee is applicable for changes in time and date, provided that the seats are available with the same fare. Pay for the difference in fare, if applicable.
• The changes can be made only at Air Europa’s Sales Office at the airport.

Standard Economy Fares

• Changes in time or date are allowed before departure. However, you have to pay a penalty of Euro 45/passenger, provided that the seats are available with the same fare. If the new fare is more than the previous one, you have to pay for the difference.
• The changes can be made only at Air Europa’s Sales Office at the airport.

Lite Fares

• Changes are allowed for a fee of Euro 60/per passenger, with the fare difference, if applicable.

• Changes in time or date are allowed before departure, without penalty, provided that the seats are available with the same fare. If the new fare is more than the previous one, you have to pay for the difference.

Standard Economy/Lite Fares

• Changes in time and date are allowed for a fee starting at EUR 150/passenger, provided that the seats on the same fare are available. If you book a flight with a different fare, you have to pay for the differences.

Air Europa flight change fee

Air Europa allows you to make changes in time and date to your reservation at any time prior to the scheduled departure by paying an Air Europa change fee starting at Euro 45 to Euro 175, which depends on the fare type.

If you have a confirmed flight ticket with Air Europa and due to some circumstances you have to make changes then you can request through the following:

Here are some of the steps that you need to follow to request a change in flight with Air Europa:

• Visit the official website of Air Europa.
• Click on the Manage reservation tab.
• Select View my booking from the list of the given options.
• After that, enter your six-digit booking reference along with the passenger’s last name in the required field.  
• Click on the ‘continue’ button to retrieve the booking.
• Now, select your Air Europa flight itinerary and choose the change my flight link at the bottom of the page.
• You can now select the new dates or destinations for your new itinerary then check the new flight options on the next page.
• After that, you will get a complete overview of the Air Europa change fee as well as the fare difference, if applicable on your reservation.
• After you agree to the new flight option then click on  Make a Payment button.
• Existing passengers can choose the existing payment method as well as the new payment methods.
• Air Europa changes flights online and accepts credit and debit card payments only.
• Once the transaction is successful, your changes to your new booking will get immediately confirmed.
