The airlines allows children above the age of 15 to travel on adult fare without any unaccompanied minor service. Frontier Airlines Unaccompanied Minor Instructions for Infants 

Passengers travelling with Lap infants should follow some guidelines to have a smooth flight journey. 

• Reservation for infants can be booked online or by phone.
• As per Frontier unaccompanied minor policy, an adult passenger can hold up to one infant only. 
• If an adult is travelling with two infants then one infant must be carried on lap and must purchase a seat for the second infant who should be secured on an FAA-approved device as per Frontier unaccompanied minor policy. 
• Adults travelling with infants must carry birth certificates of the infants for age verification. 
• 2 adults with two infants cannot sit on the same side of the row. 
• A passenger cannot sit with an infant on the front row if the seat has an airbag seatbelt. 

Frontier Baggage Rules for Infants and Children

Lap infants (children between the age of 7 days to 2 years) are allowed to travel free of charge on all domestic and international flights. 

• Infants don’t have to occupy a separate seat as it will be held by a full fare adult passenger on board. 
• As per Frontier unaccompanied minor policy, the adult passenger should be at least 15 years old to travel in domestic flight with an infant and 18 years old to travel on international flight. 
• Lap infants or children occupying seats will be charged full adult fare unless seats are purchased under special fare.
