How to Book Iberia Minor Travelling Alone Service?

Parents or legal guardians can book unaccompanied minor policies through the official website or you can contact Iberia customer support to reserve the  unaccompanied minor seat. As per Iberia Airlines unaccompanied minor policy, parents or guardians who are reserving the booking for an unaccompanied minor to book the service at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight departure.

At the Airport 

If you are unable to reserve the unaccompanied minor service up to 48 hours before the flight, then parents and guardians can reach the airport on the date of departure at least 2 hours before the flight to reserve the unaccompanied minor Iberia Airlines. How does Iberia Unaccompanied minor Service Works?

Buying the Ticket

In case, if the parent or guardian decides to cancel the flight, then the airline will keep the service fee until you rebook the flight.

The airline also demands a Release of Liability form which is mandatory as per Iberia Airlines unaccompanied minor policy. Parents and legal guardians need to arrive at the airport up to 3 hours before the scheduled departure. 

• The form must include the name and details of parents and the person who will be picking up the child at the destination airport.

Arrival Time At the Airport

Thus, the airline advises the passengers to reach at the airport at least 3 hours before the scheduled departure to ensure the presence. Minor at the Destination Airport
