Note :
- Check in Volaris counters will open for the check-in process from 48 hours to 1 hour before the flight departure. Also :
- For all the flights departing 1 hour before the scheduled departure time, the check-in counters will remain opened.
- In certain airports, because of safety measures and protocols, the local authorities can determine the opening and closing time of the boarding gate.
- The boarding gate closes 20 minutes before the scheduled departure of your domestic flights and 60 minutes for the international flights.
- If a passenger arrives late at the Volaris Airlines check in counter or at the boarding gate or doesn’t bring his/her appropriate travel documents, the airline has the right to cancel the flight booking of that passenger according to the cancellation policy and the airline is not responsible for any loss.
