Porter Services

Once you arrive at Singapore Changi Airport, the airline’s Passenger Relations Officer will greet you. A porter will unload your baggage and assist you through to the dedicated check-in desk.

Dedicated Check-in Desk

Passengers departing from Singapore Changi Airport may check-in at the First Class Check-in reception. The service is available at the airport’s Terminal 3 between 05:00 am to 02:00 am, until the last flight of the day operated by Singapore Airlines departs. The Passenger Relations Officer will take care of your check-in procedure while you sit back and relax.

Lounge

Once you complete the check-in procedure, you will be escorted through a private entrance from the lounge, which will lead you to the immigration. After that, you will proceed to the SilverKris lounge or to your boarding gate, depending on how much time is left for your flight’s departure.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for First Class Travelers

Singapore Airlines cancellation and refund policy for first class passengers is almost the same as other classes and fare types. The basic rules are as follows:

• If you cancel your flight within 24-hours of booking and the flight’s scheduled departure is at least seven days later at the time of booking, then the cancellation will be free and you will receive a complete refund.
• To get a refund, the reservation must be made directly online from Singapore Airlines. If your ticket is refundable, the airline will initiate the process.
• If you cancel a non-refundable ticket, only the refundable taxes will be refunded.

Flight Change Policy for First Class Passengers

• The Singapore Airlines flight change policy allows passengers to make changes to their flights free of cost within 24 hours of booking.
• If the price of the new ticket is more expensive than the older one, then passengers are entitled to pay the fare difference and taxes even if the changes are made within 24 hours of booking. 
• If your new flight costs less than the older one, then the residual balance will become non-refundable and will be waived off by the airline.
• Singapore Airlines change fee in attribution to date, time, anime or route change is non-refundable. 
• As per Singapore Airlines flight change policy, passengers are allowed to make date, time, and destination changes via the official website.
• These changes made after 24 hours of booking will incur a change fee of $25.
• There are no limitations to the number of changes made in the date, time or route of the flight as long as the flight booking is valid. 
• If you decide to postpone your trip, then you will be entitled to unlimited charges with the airline.
• Even if your complimentary flight change option gets over, you are still eligible for one additional change with the airline.

Cabin & Seat

The seats for First Class passengers are sculpted with headrest, and cushions. The extended curved partitions offer more privacy. The extra wide seats in First Class cabins are hand-stitched, and completely made of luxurious leather to the footrest, and diamond stitched, so that you can relax more comfortably.

The cabins are also equipped with intense to cool reading lights. Hence, whether you are reading, working, or enjoying KrisWorld, you can set the light as per your preference. Furthermore, when the cabin is dimmed, ambient lights will illuminate at the touch of a button.

777-300: The 777-300 is the only aircraft in Singapore Airlines fleet that continues to offer First Class seats. The seats are 35 inches wide, trimmed in Poltrona Frau leather. The entertainment screen is 24 inches wide and the entire cabin is equipped with mood lighting and individual controls.

A380: If you want more comfort and privacy, try to get A380 aircraft, where Suites can be entirely closed off from the aircraft. It has a reclining swivel chair, and a separate bed. Individual controls let you light the flight attendant call, window blinds, and a door to the suites.

Amenities & Facilities

On some particular routes, Singapore Airlines offers Lalique branded amenities that includes a cologne, candle, scented soaps, lip balm, body lotion, and sometimes pajamas, slippers, etc.

Dine-in Experience

As a Singapore Airlines first class passenger, you are entitled to book your cook at least 24-hours prior to the flight’s departure. The dine-in experience is unmatchable when you enjoy a complete restaurant-setting meal, while flying somewhere in the cloud. You can preview the in-flight mood, snack offerings, main course, and beverages. Although the menu varies by departure city, you can pre-order specific entrees in advance to be serviced onboard. The menu offers a selection of Singaporean, Asian, and Western cuisines.
